Programs for children and adolescents with specific needs

If your child struggles with psychological and/or social difficulties (for example, ADHD, opposition, a difficulty to establish and maintain friendships, anxiety, depression, body image issues, etc.), we can help. Exercise has been shown to help youth manage their behavior difficulties in an effective way. Furthermore, fitness programs can improve the youth’s social skills and self-confidence while improving their physical health. Our trainers design programs (individual or group) that are tailored to the specific needs and likes of each individual.

We integrate these youth in our general programs with the aim to promote social acceptance and friendship. We use the exercise program as the tool to work on the behavior issues.

The trainers will take time to correct form and movements. They will instill discipline and hard work, while helping the youth self-regulate and better manage their behaviors.

Length of sessions:

The sessions are 45 to 90 minutes depending on the age and difficulties presented by the youth. We will assess the capacities of each child and adolescent to establish a fun yet challenging program.

The program will be more beneficial if participation is more than once a week.
