The ACTIV-FIT Program

The ACTIV-FIT program was developed for children who want to better their aerobic capacity and fitness and would like to take their program to the next level. It offers a fun environment for any child who needs to be active and develop his/her self-esteem. The sessions are positive, action-packed and energy-driven!

Age group:
The program is designed for youth aged 9 to 12 regardless of their current physical fitness capabilities.

Goals and benefits:

✔ Develop core stability
✔ Increase flexibility and better the child’s posture
✔ Develop and improve eye-hand coordination
✔ Integrate some breathing techniques to center the mind
✔ Increase concentration
✔ Develop problem-solving skills
✔ Better body image and confidence
✔ Increase knowledge about fitness, mindfulness and healthy eating habits

The trainers will take time to correct form and movements. They will instill discipline and hard work, while consistently striving for excellence to achieve optimal performance.

Length of sessions:
The sessions are 60 minutes.

The program will be more beneficial if participation is more than once a week.
