The ADULT-FIT Program

The ADULT-FIT program was developed for teens and adults who want to take their fitness to the next level. We will teach you the fundamentals of fitness while increasing your strength and endurance.

Age group:
The program is designed for teens (16 years old +) and adults regardless of their current physical fitness capabilities.

✔ Better body image and confidence
✔ Integrate some breathing techniques to center the mind
✔ Increase knowledge about fitness, mindfulness and healthy eating habits

The trainers will take time to correct form and movements. They will instill discipline and hard work, while consistently striving for excellence to achieve optimal performance.

Length of sessions:
The sessions are 90 minutes.

The program will be more beneficial if participation is more than once a week.
