The ADO-FIT Program

The ADO-FIT program was developed for adolescents who want to take their fitness to the next level. The sessions are action-packed, energy-driven and structured. Our approach is to teach the youth the fundamentals of fitness while increasing their strength and endurance.

Age group:
The program is designed for youth aged 13 to 15 regardless of their current physical fitness capabilities.

✔ Integrate some breathing techniques to center the mind

✔ Develop problem-solving skills

✔ Increase knowledge about fitness, mindfulness and healthy eating habits

The trainers will take time to correct form and movements. They will instill discipline and hard work, while consistently striving for excellence to achieve optimal performance.

Length of sessions:
The sessions are 75 minutes.

The program will be more beneficial if participation is more than once a week.
