Julie believes that participation in some form of exercise is a must for every individual, at any stage of life. She understands that individuals come from various fitness backgrounds and possess different goals, needs, and interests. Julie has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in the mental health field. She has been passionate about weight training and fitness for more than 30 years. By combining her mental health and fitness knowledge, Julie teaches classes that enable everyone to excel.
Julie has worked in the fitness industry for close to 10 years. She regularly attends fitness conferences and specialized training sessions in order to further her knowledge and to stay informed of current developments in the industry.
